A huge GO Outdoors store in Essex is set to close for good after serving the community for over a decade.
The popular camping brand has confirmed its Basildon store will officially be closing soon with a huge final sale.
GO Outdoors first opened just off High Road and Hazlemere besides the huge Pitsea Tescos in 2009, taking over from Homebase.

Residents received flyers through their post-boxes today (September 23) revealing that the store would be closing down for good.
It means the large blue frame with the words GO plastered across it will be no longer – a sight many have become used to over the years.
In the lead up to its closure, there will be a clearance sale across the store with at least 30% off.
On the flyer, it warned customers it was their last chance to visit the Pitsea store before it shut and urged them to make use of the ‘everything must go’ sale.
