A 26-year-old man has died after he was stabbed in the early hours of this morning (Sunday, September 13).
Emergency services were called to Holbrook Close in Enfield, Greater London, at 12.40am this morning, following reports that a man had collapsed.
A 26-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Met Police officers have now arrested a 43-year-old man on suspicion of murder and he remains in custody for questioning.
Police say the same man rang police 20 minutes before the murder alleging an assault.
Because of this call, the Met Police’s Directorate of Professional Standards has been informed.
Police aren’t looking for anyone else at this stage, but officers are looking to speak to anyone who may have any information which may help their investigation.
