Emergency services in Southend after reports of overturned car

A car has reportedly overturned in the Southend area tonight.

Emergency services including the air ambulance was called to Shoebury Road shortly before 8pm tonight.

Reports on social media suggest a car has overturned.

An air ambulance landed at the scene and worked with paramedics from East of England Ambulance Service and officers from Essex Police.

It isn’t known how many vehicles are involved or if anyone is injured.

Essex Police has been contacted for a statement on the collision.
